Executive

- for the full family

Whatever your household looks like, it's handled. Proactively.

Executive is Hearth at its fullest. Built for the dual-income family where life is genuinely complex. Children with their own schedules. Pets. Aging parents, perhaps. A home that needs constant attention, and the steady background hum of a thousand small things that have to be tracked, coordinated, and done.

This isn't a concierge service. It's a dedicated operational partner for your family's entire life outside of work.

Plus, Everything in Household

A personal note on Executive:
I built this tier because it mirrors the life I actually live. Two working adults, two kids with full schedules, pets, a house, and that same background hum I mentioned above, the one I know never really quiets on its own.

I know what it costs to carry all of that. And I know how much better it feels when you don't have to anymore.

Executive clients aren't buying more hours. They're buying back the mental space to be present for the life that happens outside of work.

Household

- for couples and shared homes

Proactive management for two lives, not one.

Your home runs. Your week opens up. And the to-do list stops being something the two of you negotiate.

Household is built for two-person homes, couples, partners, roommates where both people add to the list, and where coordinating between those tasks is itself part of the work. The handoffs, the "did you call them back," the things that fall through the cracks precisely because they belong to both of you and therefore neither.

It also covers presence at your home: contractor supervision, deliveries, and multi-step projects managed start to finish so "someone needs to be there" stops meaning one of you takes the afternoon off.

This is the tier where the coordination stops being yours.

Plus, Everything in Essentials

Essentials

- for the individual

Responsive management for a single, well-run life.

Essentials is for the single professional who wants one reliable person handling the things that quietly eat the week. The errands, the appointments, the follow-ups that never quite get done. You bring the list; I make it disappear.

It's the right fit when your life is yours to coordinate. No shared household to sync, no home demanding active upkeep.

When that changes, a partner, a home that needs supervising, the wish that someone could just be there for the plumber? Household is built for exactly that. Most clients who reach that point move up naturally, and never look back.

Ad-hoc Projects

Available across all plans

Big life moments deserve dedicated attention

Some things are too large and too important to absorb into a monthly plan. These are handled as dedicated projects scoped, quoted, and managed from start to finish. Available to clients on any tier.

  • Moving & Relocation: Move-in and move-out logistics

  • Home Renovation Management: Kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, full remodels

  • Estate & Garage Sale Coordination: Downsizing, estate transitions, major declutters

  • Senior Home Safety Upgrades: Aging-in-place modifications and coordination

  • Summer Camp & Kids' Program Enrollment: Research, applications, logistics

  • New Pet Onboarding: First weeks setup, vet establishment, supply coordination

  • Home Organization Reset: Deep declutter, full system setup

How ad-hoc projects work

You describe the project. I give you an honest scope and hours estimate before any work begins.

You approve. I execute.

Final billing is actual hours at the agreed rate, no padding, no surprises. Most clients find their project comes in at or under estimate because I've done this before.
